Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/quantity based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages:

When you complete a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any risks associated with the shipment of your items, including the risk of loss or damage during transit.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the responsibility of the buyer to address the issue with the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier.
